Baggage compensation guidelines
- Trinity Airways is liable for baggage damage only when caused by the company's intentional acts or negligence during transport, storage, or handling.
- For checked baggage, under the Montreal Convention, airline liability is capped at 1,519 Special Drawing Rights (SDR) per passenger.
Under the Warsaw Convention, liability is limited to 250 French Gold Francs per kilogram or equivalent (approximately USD 20.00),

For delayed or lost baggage, submit claims within 21 days of baggage check-in. - Damage to checked baggage must be reported immediately upon arrival at the airport, at the baggage claim area, to our staff.
- If damage is not reported at the airport, the baggage will be considered properly delivered, and any subsequent claim may be restricted or denied.
